William Hulin is a Scientific Software Developer at the Chair for Information Systems for Sustainable Society (IS3) at the University of Cologne, where develops simulation platforms, large scale data mangement tools and analysis & visualization tools in the domains of Smart Sustainable Energy Markets and Sustainable Mobility.
